Strategy and Sustainability Advisor
Kojo leads Dechomai’s operations in Ghana, overseeing programmes, partnerships, and business development. He is committed to expanding Dechomai’s reach and deepening its impact across West Africa.

Executive Assistant
Ndetu supports executive leadership and ensures the smooth coordination of organisational activities. She manages key communications, scheduling, and administration across projects and teams.
Olufunke Oyeleye
Project Coordinator
Olufunke Oyeleye leads the delivery of the First Minister’s Start-Up Challenge, a Scottish Government initiative supporting young entrepreneurs across Scotland. Her responsibilities include project planning and monitoring, stakeholder coordination, programme governance, risk and resource management, and ensuring that programme milestones and outcomes are delivered effectively.
