The WISE100 recognises the most inspiring and influential women in social enterprise, impact investment and mission-driven business. Find out who is in our top 100 this year. Today we reveal the much anticipated sixth edition of the WISE100 list, produced annually by Pioneers Post in partnership with NatWest Social & Community Capital. This carefully selected list brings together the UK's 100 leading women in social enterprise, impact investment and mission-driven business. From these 100 women, winners will be selected across four categories: Social Business Leader of the Year, Environmental Champion, Social Investment Champion and Star of the Future. The winners will be revealed at the WISE100 awards ceremony which will be held on 7 March in central London.

Dechomai has joined the latest Pathways Pledge cohort alongside Entrepreneurial Scotland , Ooni,Archangels, PXN Ventures Scotland and the University of Glasgow , with the four cohorts totalling 26 organisations since the initiative was set up last year. Pathways Forward was launched in September 2023 following the publication of the Scottish Government-commissioned Pathways: A New Approach For Women in Entrepreneurship report - The Stewart Report also led to the launch of The Scottish Government’s Pathways Pre-Start Fund in 2023 and 2024, the Entrepreneurial Education Pathways Fund in 2024 totalling over £3 million and being awarded to 39 different projects across Scotland to date More about our pledges to be revealed over the next few weeks :
