Entrepreneurial Mindset and Awareness Mastery introduces participants to the core mindset and personal awareness required for successful entrepreneurship. Participants will learn how to protect their brand through trademarks and copyright, understand different funding options such as grants and loans, recognise their legal responsibilities when hiring employees, consider options for business premises, and understand why clear contracts and terms with customers and suppliers are important.

This module introduces the Business Model Canvas. It walks participants through the nine key components of the canvas, including value proposition, customer segments, customer relationships, channels, key activities, key resources, key partners, cost structure, and revenue streams, and demonstrates how these elements help structure and communicate a business idea clearly.
Participants will learn how to define what makes their business unique through a clear value proposition, identify their target customers, and understand how to reach and build relationships with them. They will also learn how to think about the key resources, activities, partners, costs, and revenue streams that support their business model.
